12 Jan Nazley's Warm Egg Salad for supper
2 eggs boiled, peeled & halved.
3 baby potatoes boiled, peeled & halved.
1 baby onion sliced.
1/4 cup green beans.
1 tomato cubed.
1/4 cup baby spinach.
Salt & pepper to taste.
Saute onion , beans for 6 mins. Add the tomato.
Saute for 4 mins. Add salt and pepper.
Remove from heat, add spinach. Mix well. Assembly with potatoes and boiled eggs. :
