Description
Sometimes the best desserts are the ones you don’t fuss over, and this No-Bake Banana Graham Pudding is exactly that. It’s creamy, light, and full of banana sweetness, layered between crunchy Graham biscuits. No oven, no stress, just a chilled treat that everyone will ask for seconds.
Ingredients
- 2 packs Graham biscuits (about 400g total)
- 1 can Nestlé cream (300ml)
- 1 can Evaporated milk (Carnation or similar, 370ml)
- 4 ripe bananas, sliced into rounds
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the evaporated milk and Nestlé cream together until smooth.
- Don’t overwhip; it just needs to come together.
- Line the bottom of an 8×8-inch dish with about 6–8 Graham biscuits.
- Add a layer of banana slices on top. Bananas may brown if left too long. Tip: Dipping slices lightly in lemon juice will help to prevent browning.
- Spoon about ¼ of the cream mixture over the bananas.
- Repeat layers: biscuits, bananas, cream, until you’ve used everything, finishing with bananas on top.
- Chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight if you can wait (the biscuits soften and it gets way better).
- Slice, serve cold, and enjoy the creamy-crunchy goodness.
- Optional topping idea: crushed Graham crumbs or extra banana slices for garnish.
