Description

Surprisingly light, crazy smooth. Who’s making this No-Bake Cheesecake dessert tonight?

Ingredients

Scale
  • 250 g cream cheese, softened
  • 250 ml vanilla Greek yogurt (1% fat)
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 1 packet (92 g) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • Tennis biscuits (or your favorite plain biscuit) for the base

Instructions

  1. Line a square dish with biscuits to cover the bottom.
  2. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, yogurt, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Add the pudding mix and milk. Keep beating until everything’s creamy and silky.
  4. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and smooth it out.
  5. Chill in the fridge until firm.

Top with fresh fruit or spoon over some Blue and Blackberry Sauce for extra flavor.

Why Try This:

No oven, no stress, and it tastes like a dream, rich, creamy, and just sweet enough. It’s a hit at any gathering or a quick treat to stash in the fridge.
