- 250 g sour cream
- 1 packet (92 g) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3/4 cup milk
- Tennis biscuits (or your favorite plain biscuit) for the base
Instructions
- Line a square dish with biscuits to cover the bottom.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, yogurt, and sour cream until smooth.
- Add the pudding mix and milk. Keep beating until everything’s creamy and silky.
- Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and smooth it out.
- Chill in the fridge until firm.
Top with fresh fruit or spoon over some Blue and Blackberry Sauce for extra flavor.
