A quick and easy treat, this NO BAKE PEACH CHEESECAKE, for your afternoon tea or coffee time
½ packet Tennis biscuits
80 g melted butter
crumble biscuits in a food processor and add melted butter.
Add biscuits on a greased base of the tin. Refrigerate until it hard before adding cheesecake filling
2 smoothed plained creamed cheese (not cottage cheese)
1 tin condensed milk 397 g
quarter cup lemon juice
250 ml hot water
25 ml ( 5 teaspoons) halaal gelatine
250 ml whipped fresh cream
1 tin Koo canned Peach slices🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑
Dissolve gelatine in hot water and allow to cool ..set aside
Whip fresh cream stiff and firm
Add condensed milk & creamed cheese and fold through
Lastly, add lemon juice and cooled gelatine water and combine well with hand whisks.
Pour mixture on biscuits base
Add peach slices to cheesecake
Refrigerate until set and firm to unmould it on a round platter.
