Description

Chaffle your way to a delightful morning breakfast.

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients, egg, almond milk, almond flour, soy protein isolate, stevia liquid, and vanilla extract, into a small blender.
  2. Blend everything until it’s smooth.
  3. Next, stir in the psyllium husk powder and let the mixture sit for 10–15 minutes to thicken up.
  4. Lightly coat your chaffle maker with olive oil.
  5. Once it’s hot, divide the mixture into three parts.
  6. Pour 1/3 of the batter into the chaffle maker and cook until it’s golden and done to your liking, with no more steam escaping.
  7. Serve your chaffles on a plate, topped with peanut butter, raspberries, and peanuts.
  8. Enjoy!

    1. Hi Lydia, A chaffle is a low-carb, gluten-free waffle made primarily from cheese and eggs. You can also make it in a waffle pan, but being LC and GF I prefer the small chaffle iron
