Rich and creamy decadence!! 🍫🍫🍫🍫☕☕☕
1¼ cups sugar
½ cup oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
¾ cup water (200 ml)
1¾ cup self-raising (480ml)
1 tsp Nescafe coffee
2½ tbsp cocoa powder
1½ tsp baking powder
Mix one teaspoon coffee with ¾ boil water.
Set aside and let it cool off completely before adding to dry ingredients.
Beat eggs and sugar well.
Add vanilla essence, oil, and water and mix well.
Sift self-raising flour, cocoa, and baking powder and add to above ingredients.
Pour mixture into a well-greased baking pan 25cm x 36cm dish, and bake at 180C for 30 minutes.
When cool ice with icing of your choice.
Vanilla Mousse Centre
160 g vanilla mousse
150 ml fresh cream
150 ml milk
Beat well and pipe on the cake with swirl or star nozzle
2 cups icing sugar
5 ml vanilla essence
One tablespoon butter
Mix hot milk with icing sugar and butter until a soft spreadable icing for Chocolate slab.
Add tablespoon hot milk until you get the right consistency …
Melt 200g dairy milk Chocolate
Add a small tin dessert cream.
Mix well and add as a topping
Garnish with a flake chocolate 🍫🍫🍫☕☕🍺
