Oven Roasted Masala Chicken with Baby Sweet Potatoes

A simple but delicious chicken dish, which will be the next family favorite

Wash and clean chicken
Cut 3 slits in thigh and drumsticks.
1 teaspoon Gorimas leaf masala, spicy BBQ spice, and Suhana Kashmiri mild chili powder and crushed fresh garlic.
Mix well with lemon juice to a soft paste.
Season chicken with salt and rub in the masala paste.
Put in oven and drizzle garlic-flavored avocado oil over chicken and baby potatoes.
Roast at 180 C for plus-minus 30 min or until soft.
Serve with salads and garlic bread
