A simple but delicious chicken dish, which will be the next family favorite
Wash and clean chicken
Cut 3 slits in thigh and drumsticks.
1 teaspoon Gorimas leaf masala, spicy BBQ spice, and Suhana Kashmiri mild chili powder and crushed fresh garlic.
Mix well with lemon juice to a soft paste.
Season chicken with salt and rub in the masala paste.
Put in oven and drizzle garlic-flavored avocado oil over chicken and baby potatoes.
Roast at 180 C for plus-minus 30 min or until soft.
Serve with salads and garlic bread

I just nominated you for the Real Neat Blog Award!! https://darlenefoster.wordpress.com/2018/04/16/the-real-neat-blog-award/
Oh WOW Darlene – Thank you so so much, I am sorry I did not see your note earlier. This is so gracious and kind of you. I will do my best to respond to this as soon as possible.
Co-incidence, I just finished up a response on a previous award.
Great recipe. Any suggestions on how to ensure the inside of the chicken has flavour and does not taste like just meat ?
Susie I take it by marinating the chicken the flavor will seep into the meat especially but sutting the slits as mentioned into the meat. Hope this will help
