Description

Ingredients
- 1 cup Self-Raising Flour
- 250 ml Milk
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup Grated Parmesan
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
Instructions
- Place the flour, seasonings, and cheese into a bowl.
- Pour the milk into the dry ingredients and whisk well until a smooth soft mixture forms.
- Spoon tablespoons of the mixture on top of the stew.
- Cover and allow it to cook for 10-15 minutes until fluffy and light.
- Turn off the heat.
- Serve and enjoy!!
