Description

I made these for my daughter’s birthday party, and they were a huge hit! It’s not
really a recipe so much as assembling parts but turned out to be quite cute.

Ingredients

  • “Nilla” or other small, round cookies
  • Icing
  • Food coloring (I used a violet purple)
  • White or pearly hard candy balls.

Instructions

  1. Mix coloring into icing for the desired color.
  2. Use a piping bag to pipe icing onto one cookie so that it’s slightly thicker on one side.
  3. Place a second cookie on top, angled like an opening shell.
  4. Lastly, place one pearl candy onto the icing.
  5. Enjoy!
  6. Yes, it’s that easy and the birthday girl and her friends loved it.
