Description
I made these for my daughter’s birthday party, and they were a huge hit! It’s not
really a recipe so much as assembling parts but turned out to be quite cute.
Ingredients
- “Nilla” or other small, round cookies
- Icing
- Food coloring (I used a violet purple)
- White or pearly hard candy balls.
Instructions
- Mix coloring into icing for the desired color.
- Use a piping bag to pipe icing onto one cookie so that it’s slightly thicker on one side.
- Place a second cookie on top, angled like an opening shell.
- Lastly, place one pearl candy onto the icing.
- Enjoy!
- Yes, it’s that easy and the birthday girl and her friends loved it.
