Ingredients
- 8 boiled potatoes cut in 4 or 6
- 1 1/2 cups of Mayonnaise
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 tsp. of mustard
- 2 tsp. condensed milk
- 1 head of Broccoli steamed till soft
- Chopped fresh parsley
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Combined mayo, mustard, and condensed milk in a big bowl.
- Stir together, then add potato blocks, broccoli, and grated eggs into a bowl.
- Mix everything together, and add more mayo if needed.
- Finish off with salt & pepper and parsley.
