A delicacy of Creamy Prawn Curry and Roti
900g Jumbo deveined and cut prawns
2 red onions
5 cloves garlic crushed
6 curry leaves
2 teaspoons crayfish masala
1 heaped teaspoon Suhana mild Kashmiri chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander and cumin
1 teaspoon pure turmeric
salt to taste
one cup smooth plain yogurt
one cup fresh cream
2 grated tomatoes
Dhania for garnish
Chopped onions finely & braised onions in oil.
add crushed garlic and curry leaves.
Add clean and wash prawns.
Add all your spices of above.
Cook it until prawns change color and simmer for 7 minutes and add grated tomatoes, fresh cream, and plain yogurt.
Stir and mix well until well blended and garnish with fresh dhania.
4 cups cake flour
1 teaspoon salt
125g butter (rub in flour)
1/4 cup oil
Mix well to make a soft dough.
Cut in balls and roll out and fry in pan

I love this.. Indian food is one of my favourite cuisines…I just get a little confused with names like Chat and what they mean I am assuming it is the type of curry or region but you know me I like to know everything …lol 🙂
