Cupcakes
Ingredients:
110g butter or margarine
110g castor sugar
2 tablespoons golden syrup
2 eggs
175g self-raising flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 Tbspn milk
Method:
Cream the butter and sugar until light and creamy.
Add in the syrup and eggs one at a time.
Beat after each addition.
Sift the flour and baking powder and fold into mixture.
Add in vanilla and milk.
Bake at 180 C until risen and golden brown.
