30 Jan Preshana's Fat Burning Smoothie
PLEASE note this is a recipe I tried and am sharing. I cannot guarantee the claim that it will help you lose weight or burn fat.
1 stalk Celery
3 slices Pineapple ( about 1/2)
1/4 Cucumber (about 10cm long)
1 cup Chopped parsley (I used a handful with the stalks)
2 cups Mineral water/sparkling water
Place all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend until a smooth thick texture is formed.
This drink stores well for 2-3 days in the refrigerator
