I tweaked this recipe by adding a pinch of chilli flakes (I omitted the green chilli) 1/2 tsp each of dried oregano and thyme and 2 small cloves of garlic.
I prefer the soup blended.
Ingredients:
1 small onion
1/4 piece cabbage
1 large tomato
1/2 pepper
1 stalk celery( optional)
water as required (I used 1 litre)
1 small carrot
1 small chilli
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
Method:
Place all the chopped ingredients in a large pan and boil until vegetables are soft.
Serve chunky or blended.
