Another lifestyle change I plan to stick to year is swopping frizzy drinks and fruit juices for homemade fruit flavoured water.
1 tsp honey
1 piece ginger (2 cm thick) cut into julienne strips
few sprigs mint
Mix all the ingredient and store in the fridge
