Preshana's Mango Lassi/Smoothie


Ingredients:
2 large ripe mangoes
200ml tub Fat free Greek yoghurt
1/2 cup fat-free milk
2 Tbspn honey
Method:
Place all the ingredient in a blender and blitz to a smooth consistency.
Add ice with the other ingredients if you are serving this immediately.
Add more milk for a thinner consistency.
