400 g plums cut in half
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 vanilla essence
1/4 tsp ginger powder
2 tsp honey
1 Tbspn water
Place all the ingredients into the slow cooker on high and cook long enough for fruit to disintegrate, stirring occasionally.
This can be prepared on the stove top as well on low.
