50g cooked pasta
1/2 tin tuna
1/4 red pepper
5 cm piece cucumber
5cm stalk celery
3 Tbspn tinned sweetcorn
3-4 sprigs fresh parsley
handful salad leaves
salad cream (as much or as little as you prefer)
salt and pepper to taste
1 spring onion
Slice the veggies fine into small pieces
Toss in tuna and pasta.
Add salad cream.
Season with salt and pepper just before serving
