2 ripe bananas semi frozen
pick me up smoothie
1 small mango
1 red apple
½tsp chia seeds
½tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp whey powder
½ cup full cream greek yoghurt
½ cup milk
Blend altogether with some crushed ice.

I had a smoothie to this morning. I think smoothie are great for breakfast.
