Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas semi frozen
pick me up smoothie
2 peaches
1 small mango
1 red apple
2 plums
5 litchis
5 almonds
½tsp chia seeds
½tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp whey powder
½ cup full cream greek yoghurt
½ cup milk
Method:
Blend altogether with some crushed ice.
