250 ml cake flour
10 ml baking powder
1 ml salt
30 ml sugar
200 ml milk
15 ml melted margarine
Sift the dry ingredients.
Beat egg, melted margarine and milk and add to the dry ingredients.
Beat until smooth.
Leave to stand for 30 minutes.
Fry spoonfuls of batter on a hot griddle or frying pan.
When bubbles appear on the one side flip pancake over.
Fry till golden Brown. Enjoy!
