Rashida's 3 Color Biscuits

Ingredients:
250g butter
1cup sifted icing sugar
Beat till creamy
Add
3 tblsp maziena
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp baking powder
Pinch bicarb
3 or more cups flour.
I used a little more.
After the 3 cups add slowly to form a nice soft dough
Divide dough into 3 colours, green, pink and plain.
Roll into long strips between wax paper.
Place green strip down and pink next to it then white on top.
Close over with wax paper and rub all sides with a flat knife to make a neat pyramid.
Place in fridge for about 15 min
Remove and cut into slices and place on a baking tray.
Bake 160C till done
When cool dip in castor sugar
