A moorish and spicy and chilli dish for breakfast
Salt and pepper
Steam and allow to cook in the same oil.
Fry till nicely browned
Set aside and prepare the baked beans
1 can baked beans
1 small onion
2 med tomato
1 green chilli
½ tsp dhania powder
½ tsp jeera powder
2 tsp chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp garlic paste
Braise onion till slightly brown.
Add tomatoes and all the spices
Cook till oil separate’s.
Add baked beans and allow to cook for few minutes.
Add cut up sausage and mix in lightly.
Add a little sugar.
Garnish with dhania.
