125g castor sugar
500 ml flour
5 ml vanilla
2 ml salt
Optional.. Rind of lemon or orange
Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
Add rest of the ingredients to make a soft dough.
Grease baking tray, 2 large rounds or 1 large square.
Prick all over with a fork. Bake 140 for about 60 minutes.
Cut and cool.
Sprinkle castor sugar
