3 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
125g soft butter
1/2 tsp salt
+ – 1/2 cup milk
Rub butter into sifted dry ingredients.
Form a nice soft dough with egg and milk mixture and liquid must be added slowly.
Knead well. Use a cutter for small, or two large pizzas
Pre bake on 180C for about 10 minutes.
Remove add tomato sauce to base and add filling of choice
Chicken fillet cut in small pieces, marinated in wet tandoori spice
Stir fry in butter or oil.
Add 3 colour peppers chopped and cheese.
Put back into oven and allow cheese just to melt
