1 kg leg or curry pieces
2 tblsp pure chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tblsp ginger garlic paste
3 tblsp jeera powder
4 med size onion
6 ripe tomatoes
1 tsp nutmeg powder
1 tsp green elachi powder
1 cup plain yoghurt
Oil and ghee mix
Put ghee oil in a good size pot
Add to fairly hot oil.
Braise till golden brown.
Add washed meat to the onion and cook for 10-15 min.
Liquidise tomatoes and add to meat and cook for 15 min
Add ginger garlic, nutmeg, elachi, jeera, chilli powder, turmeric and salt.
Cook for 5 minutes
Lastly add yoghurt.
Cook till meat is soft.
Garnish with finerly chopped dhania.
Serve with rice or roties
