Rashida's Mini Squares with butter Icing

Mini Squares with butter Icing
The texture of this cake is soft and lovely and it’s ideal for cup cakes, mini burfee cakes or a loaf or just plain
125 g butter or margarine, soft
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar if you icing or 1 cup
3 eggs
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
Combine all ingredients together and beat for 3 minutes, until light and fluffy.
Spoon into well-greased pans and bake 15-20 minutes.
When cool spread butter icing, and grated chocolate
top with fresh cream and strawberries
