Ingredients:
454 g butter
2 cups sugar
1½ cups pecan
Semi sweet choc (optional)
Method:
Slow melt butter & sugar
Turn to high once melted
Stirring until light brown
Add pecan until desired colour
Spread on well greased baking
Sheet to cool
Can add choc while hot & spread
Let cool
Cut in neat squares
TEXTURE IS SLIGHTLY SOFT WITH A BIT OF CRUNCH…
