Rashida's Peri Peri Chicken

Ingredients
1 whole chicken, disjointed
1 tblsp ginger garic paste
1 tblsp red chilli paste
3 tblsp steers garlic sauce
2 tblsp steers peri peri sauce
3 tblsp mustard sauce
Salt to taste
3 tblsp melted butter
Method:
Mix all the above in a bowl, mix well taste if more sauce is needed.
Smear chicken well leave to marinade few hours or overnite for better results.
Cook in a pot for few minutes and transfer in a hot oven, to grill

    • Piri piri sauce is made from crushed chillies, citrus peel, onion, pepper, salt, lemon juice, bay leaves, paprika, pimiento, basil, oregano, and tarragon.
      Recipes vary from region to region but the common ingredients are chilli, lemon, oil and red bell peppers. Today it can be easily made in a blender or by shaking the ingredients .
