30 Mar Rashida's Rainbow Mashmallow Cupcakes
3/4 cup castor sugar
3 eggs1½ cup flour
3 tsp baking powder
½ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Combine all ingredients together and beat for 3 minutes till light and fluffy.
Divide mixture into 3 parts add use colour of choice.
Fill paper cups 3/4. Bake on 180 for abt 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven place marshmallow
Put back into oven for seconds and remove.
Press down or leave whole.
