Rashida's Refreshing Mango Lassi


Ingredients:
1 cup plain yoghurt
½ cup milk
3 tblsp sugar (optional)
1/4 tsp green cardamon (elachi powed)
1 cup chopped mangoes, if in season, or canned mango pulp.
Using fresh pulp blend and sift first to remove strings.
Mix the pulp and all the above, except sugar and elachi.
Blend till smooth, add sugar and elachi if desired.
Add ice cubes and leave to stand few minutes.
Have this fresh….Its delicious
