500g cake flour
10g dry yeast
50g castor sugar
1 tsp salt
3 egg yolks
21/4 cup warm milk
100 ml melted butter
1 tblsp cinnamon powder
100 ml castor sugar
Mix and set aside
Place dry ingredients into a mixing bowl
Mix dry ingredients with a dough hook on low-speed.
Add warm milk and egg yolks.
Dough will come together,add melted butter and continue mixing on low for about 5 minutes
It will form into a ball. Remove and knead a little.
If you doing by hand it should take about 10 minutes.
Leave to stand for 15-20 minutes. Roll and cut, using a doughnut cutter or roll in rounds
Fry in medium warm oil, fry one side then turn and fry till golden brown.
Drain on paper towel and roll in cinnamon and sugar while warm.
Add warm jam and roll in castor sugar
