Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 large egg
2 cups flour
2 tblsp sugar
4½ tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup melted butter
Method:
In a bowl add the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt
Beat egg into milk and add to dry ingredients then stir in the melted butter
Use a wooden spoon and mix till smooth dough is formed.
Use a tsp and drop in med warm oil
Turning all the time until golden brown.
Place on a paper towel, cool slightly.
Dip one at a time in the glaze
Place on a rack to allow excess glaze to drip.
