Ingredients:
4 cups cake flour
1/2 cup oil
1 tblsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Method:
Mix to resemble crumbs
Add 2 cups boiling water, mix and bring dough together, it will form into a nice soft dough. Roll into a large rectangle, or divide into 2 and roll, roll out thin.
Option can brush oil or ghee, roll into thin swiss roll.
Cut to give 50-60g in weight each. To roll out thicker 70g.
Dry fry one side and flip, do it twice. No more flipping. Dont press down, as it will blow like a balloon.
They fry quickly, so make sure you have enough ready
