The ingredients of Painkiller. It is made witH with Pusser’s rum, pineapple juice, orange juice and cream of coconut. We were in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) on a sailboat trip with friends when we enjoyed these cocktails.
I drank one of those. Delicious.
