½ cup sugar
½ tsp vanilla essence
½ tsp almond essence
1 cup coconut
2 cups flour
½ tsp baking powder
1 egg
125g butter
3Tbsp cocoa powder.
Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla essence and egg beat till fluffy
Add almond essence, sift baking powder, cocoa and flour
Add coconut and sifted flour to butter mixture.
Mix to form a soft dough.
Roll mixture into balls and flatten.
Bake at 180C for 10-15 minutes
