1 1/4 cups milk
1 1/4 cups castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
Bring milk and butter to the boil
Beat eggs and castor sugar for exactly 7 minutes,on the 6th minute add in vanilla essence and continue to beat.
Fold flour and baking powder into egg mixture.
Lastly add in your milk mixture and fold until all blended in.
Bake at 180 for 30 minutes.
1½ cup icing sugar,
4 Tbsp cocoa,
2-3 Tbsp milk (if needed),
½ tsp vanilla essence.
Sift icing sugar and cocoa together.
Add butter and mix well.
Add vanilla essence and milk 1 tbsp at a time.
Beat till creamy.
Once cake is cooled down,use a round cutter to cut cake.
Use a star tip nozzle to pipe a rosette.
Stack with another circular shaped cake.
Pipe a rosette on top and place strawberry.
