Ingredients:
250g margarine,
½ cup icing sugar,
½ cup custard powder,
±2½ cups flour.
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Cream margarine and sugar.
Beat in custard powder and add flour to make a soft dough.
Break off marble size portions and place on baking sheet.
Press down lightly with a fork or cut with a cookie cutter.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until edges begin to brown lightly.
