Ingredients:
160g butter,
1\2 cup icing sugar,
3 tbsp oil,
1 tsp vanilla essence,
1\4 cup corn flour,
1 1\4 cup flour,
200g chocolate.
Method
Cream butter and icing sugar, add oil and vanilla mix till creamy, add flour and corn flour.
Dough should be soft.
Pipe dough into desired shapes.Bake at 180 for 10 -15 minutes.
Once cooled dip biscuits into melted chocolate.
