Ingredients:
125g butter,
375g Sugar,
3 eggs,
500g flour,
15ml baking powder,
5ml nutmeg,
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
50ml milk.
Method:
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time.
Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture.
Mix into a soft dough.
Dough might feel a bit sticky.
Flour surfaces and roll dough.
Cut into desired shapes.
Brush with milk.
Bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until edges turn slight brown.
