3&1/3 cup white bread flour
1 packet istantbdried yeast
2 tsp castor sugar
1&1/2 tsp melted butter or olive oil
1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, add butter or oil and water mix using a cutting mix action with knife until mixture comes together.
2. Tip onto lightly dusted surface and knead until soft and pliable, and dough springbacks when prodded, place in an oiled bowl cover with dish cloth and prove until doubled in size.
3. Knock back the dough, cut dough into 12 pieces and roll each into sausage. Tie each into loose knot. Place in lightly grease and floured baking sheet, prove until doubled in size .
4. Preheat oven 180C
5. Brush with beaten egg and scatter with mixed seeds bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown .
