Sift 2 cups flour
2tsp baking powder
1½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
½ tsp salt
3/4 cup cocoa in a basin.
Stir in 2 cups sugar.
Add in 1 cup milk
½ cup oil
2 tsp vanilla essence and mix together.
Add 1 cup boiling water mixed with
1 tsp of coffee and fold gently.
Pour mixture into 2 greased pans and bake in preheated oven @ 180C for 25-30 minutes or until cooked.
Remove and cool completely and then ice as desired.
Beat 250g rama margarine with 500g icing sugar until creamy
Add 1/4 cup cocoa and 1/4 cup fresh cream and beat.
