Selvie's Romany Creams

TRH Selvie's Romany Creams
Beat 250 g butter
with 1 cup castor sugar until white and creamy.
Then add 3 TBS oil and beat well.
Add in 2½ cups desiccated coconut and mix well.
Sift in 2 cups flour with
1tsp baking powder
3TBS cocoa and make a soft dough (more flour may be used)
Roll out and scrape with a fork and cut out.
Bake in preheated oven @ 180C for 10 minutes or until done.
Remove when done and cool completely, then sandwich with melted chocolate.
Enjoy!
