Served with sweet yellow rice and roasted veggies
Chicken cut into Cubes
1 cup plain yoghurt
1tsp crush chillies
Dash of lemon
Salt and pepper
Mix all together and add chicken cubes
Put through skewers with slice lemon and Red pepper
And red Onion
Rub some oil on the grill and grill
Roasted veggies – store-bought
Add dash of olive oil and veggie spice and grill until done.
Add little oil and stick cinnamon.
Add basmati rice and sugar to taste.
Add some raisins.
When parboiled then strain.
Add little butter in pot and simmer untill done.
