Simple Teriyaki Chicken Kebabs

This is the best ever homemade teriyaki sauce and you can prepare this Simple Teriyaki Chicken Kebabs in no time! 


  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tb honey
  • 2 cloves of garlic, smashed (or minced)
  • 1 t ginger, grated
  • 1 T cooking wine
  • pepper
  • red onion, quartered
  • 1 chicken breast, boneless, skinless


  1. Cut chicken breast into cubes, about an inch in length.
  2. Mix the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and wine together (or use 1/3 cup of bottled marinade).
  3. Marinate chicken cubes for ½ hour.
  4. Soak wooden skewers in water for 5 minutes.
  5. Skewer pieces of chicken and onion.
  6. Brush with remaining marinade or honey.
  7. Grill in a convection oven at 160C/320F for 20 minutes.
