Sita's Chocolate Eclairs with Fresh Cream

Ingredients:
50 g butter
1 cup water
Pinch salt
200 ml flour
4 eggs
Method:
Put the water, salt and butter on stove and bring to boil.
Then add flour and mix on low heat till it leaves the sides of pot.
Remove from heat and leave to cool a little.
Beat 1 egg @ a time in the dough till  shiny.
Then place dough in pastry bag and pipe on greased baking tray and bake @ 220 for 15 mins then lower heat to 190 for another 10-15 mins till golden brown.
Remove from oven and make small openings in each one and leave to cool completely . Then fill with cream and decorate with chocolate.
