Smoked Snoek Patè

An old favorite served with crackers or toasted bread.

250 g Deboned smoked snoek fish
one medium Red onion
freshly squeezed lemon juice of one lemon
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
one teaspoon dried parsley
half teaspoon Peri-peri spice
2 teaspoon Fisherman spice seasoning

Blend all above in food processor until a smooth paste.
Serve with crackers or toasted bread.
