2 packs pre-cooked snoek portions
1 onion, finely chopped.
Salt to season
2 green chilies.
2 tomatoes, grated.
1 tbsp. masala.
1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
Salt to taste.

Method:
Clean the fish and remove any bones, shred the fish with your fingers, and set it aside.
In a pot, bring some oil to the heat.
Add the onions and saute till transparent.
Add the tomatoes, spices, and chilies.
Add a little water and allow the tomatoes to cook for about 10 minutes on medium heat.

  1. Dear Esme, this sounds and will taste yummy! I have not been by in awhile, my son moved in with me, which has been nice to spend more time with, but going through a divorce for him, and also for my sympathetic emotions has been hard to motivate me to blog or cook! Smiles, Robin
