Salt to season
2 green chilies.
2 tomatoes, grated.
1 tbsp. masala.
1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
Salt to taste.
Method:
Clean the fish and remove any bones, shred the fish with your fingers, and set it aside.
In a pot, bring some oil to the heat.
Add the onions and saute till transparent.

Dear Esme, this sounds and will taste yummy! I have not been by in awhile, my son moved in with me, which has been nice to spend more time with, but going through a divorce for him, and also for my sympathetic emotions has been hard to motivate me to blog or cook! Smiles, Robin
Take care and hope all will go well. Thanks for still taking the time to respond here. Hope you will have time to make it and enjoy it.
