  1. Sounds amazing! I love the semplicity of the ingredients! Lamb chops (And ribs) remind me of my beloved Rome! Thanks for sharing this recipe Esme! I am going to pin and tweet it 😉

  2. It all sounds delicious, Esme. However… my husband – no mean cook- now does the honours in the kitchen (I cooked for 47 years…) and he’s now 90…so keeps to simpler dishes as he tires (but won’t let me “interfere…”) He makes sauces now and then but if the ingredients list is too long, he cuts corners…He did make a delicious fish in a white, slightly spicy sauce dish last night, but has to be in the mood. He also makes a tasty Thai chicken meal, yummy fish cakes and even yummier cherry, chocolate brownies, so I can hardly complain!! Best wishes. xx

    • Hi Joy – lucky lady to have your hubby do the cooking. I must admit that I am also lucky as my hubby also does 95% of the cooking, as he is semi-retired and works from home on contract from time to time, and as I am still working full time with many a day up to 12+ hours in the office, its awesome to come home to a cooked meal and not have the need to still start with an evening meal.
Joy, it will be awesome if you can and wish to share some of those awesome recipes from your husband with us. Why not do a guest post here on my blog and share it with the readers? Please let me know if you would be interested, I know I would love it….

  3. Thanks I think I’ll make that for when my daughter comes for Easter. We both love lamb and lemon roasted potatoes yummy. The sauce sounds similar to the Aioli sauce I make for my partners salmon. I’ll post next time I make that dish.
