Spinach Raita, also called Palak Raita

Ingredients:
2 cups, spinach.
2 cups plain yogurt.
Salt to taste.
¼ tsp chili powder.
¼ tsp jeera powder.
Method:
Place the spinach in a bowl and pour boiling water to cover it.
Leave in the dish till it wilts.
Drain off the hot water and rinse under cold water.
Squeeze out all the water from the spinach leaves, chop it up, and set it aside.
In another bowl, whisk together the yogurt, chili powder, salt, and jeera powder until well combined.
Fold in the spinach leaves and give it a good stir so that everything is well combined.
Garnish with jeera powder.
