Spinach Sweet Corn Lagan

Ingredients
- 200 ml Self-raising flour
- 1/2 teaspoon fine jeera
- 5 ml salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fine coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 3 tablespoon melted butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 tin Koo creamed sweet corn
- few chopped spinach
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients well together.
Spoon in a greased round or square Pyrex dish and sprinkle white poppy or sesame seed.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes on 180 C / 350F
Serve with a tangy dip
