Spinach Sweet Corn Lagan

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 200 ml Self-raising flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine jeera
  • 5 ml salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 3 tablespoon melted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tin Koo creamed sweet corn
  • few chopped spinach

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients well together.
  2. Spoon in a greased round or square Pyrex dish and sprinkle white poppy or sesame seed.
  3. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes on 180 C / 350F
  4. Serve with a tangy dip
